Our past
Where it all began.
Long before ELM existed, our founders were building, owning, and operating childcare centres across Queensland. The family started in the sector when the industry looked completely different, learning every lesson the hard way through occupancy pressures, regulatory shifts, and the realities of running a business built around care.
Over the years, they owned and managed multiple centres, developed greenfield sites, and navigated the full commercial and operational cycle that most consultants have never experienced firsthand. That depth of experience is not something you can read in a textbook. It comes from decades of being in it.
By the time ELM was established, the founding team had already accumulated more sector knowledge than most operators will ever encounter. That's the foundation everything we do is built on.
Our present
A genuine management partner.
Today, ELM operates as Australia's national early learning management partner, working with childcare owners, developers, and investors nationally. We don't hand over a report and disappear. We sit inside the business alongside you, accountable for real outcomes across operations, compliance, finance, and growth.
Our current work spans ongoing management partnerships with existing centres, discovery and due diligence support for buyers, and development advisory for those building new sites from the ground up.
